The property is located in the countryside, with stunning sea views on the islands of Caprera, Maddalena and Corsica, close to the village of San Pantaleo. San Pantaleo is a traditional village perched between the granite mountains of Gallura. These naturally sculptured mountains and monolites are said to transmit a spiritual energy like no other place on earth.  Built in the early 19th century around a country church, the village is home to a wonderful array of craftsmen selling their products in various shops around the square. Every Thursday, the village becomes a thriving hub of energy as the piazza hosts its artisan market.

Some of the best beaches in the world are situated within a few minutes drive of the property. With a wealth of activity available from international sailing and yacht races, deep sea fishing to scuba diving and snorkelling, these waters are infamous for their transparency and beauty.

The Costa Smeralda was brought to life in the 1960’s with the insight of Prince Aga Khan who developed this wild and stunningly beautiful area into one of the most sought after areas in the world.  Year after year Porto Cervo and its surrounding coast comes alive with some of the worlds largest superyachts gracing its waters.

Long hot summers, mild winters, crystal seas, wild nature and local produce, it is no wonder the Sardinian people have the highest life expectancy in Europe. It truly is a magical, timeless place that gives the impression of an ancient era, moving quietly with the times whilst maintaining tradition. It is difficult to imagine a place on earth that can harmonise these two contrasting styles with such elegance and ease.
